Stock (OEM) thermostat opens at 190°F / 88°C
The Kazama low-temp thermostat opens at 170°F / 76.5°C, which is 20°F / 11.5°C lower than the stock setting to prevent overcooling throughout the season. By using the radiator earlier, it prevents the water temperature from rising during sports driving or high-load driving.
